ABOUT US

The Youth Service Committee recognizes the positive change that youth and young adults can have through leadership development activities, involvement in community service projects, and programs that enrich and foster world peace and cultural understanding.

WHAT WE DO

Palo Alto University Rotary co-sponsors the Palo Alto High School YCS-Interact program and participates in a variety of youth programs in the Palo Alto area. We work with the local organization Youth Community Service (https://www.youthcommunityservice.org/) to support youth oriented programs all year, send two students to the RYLA Leadership Camp, and co-sponsor local participation in the Rotary District 5170 annual Richard D. King Speech Contest.

and have helped with renovation projects at Belle Haven  and

Cesar Chavez Academy.
